Visiting Sardam Corporation's book printing and pressing
On this day, our fourth grade students who have excelled in the reading programs and who have borrowed the most library books were rewarded with a field trip to Sardam Corporation's book printing and pressing. They were taken on an informational and interesting tour through the different parts of the process. They got to see and understand the workings of all the machinery including the printing of magazine pages by colored plates, the folding, cutting, stapling and binding of books. All the while their questions were answered by the helpful guide.
