Suleimaniah Prefects Praise Teachers on Valentine’s Day
Grade 8 and 9 Outreach Department prefects at the International School of Choueifat – Suleimaniah (ISC- Suleimaniah) celebrated Valentine’s Day by showing teachers their gratitude. On Thursday, February 12, 2015, the prefects decorated red hearts and handed them to teachers for all their hard work. Another group of prefects designed a bulletin board that listed the “14 Ways to Love Your Friends”.
At ISC- Suleimaniah an Academic Quality Controller said, “It was a wonderful idea! It made my day, thank you!” Speaking about the activity, a Student Management Coordinator said, “I thought it was a great gesture from the students. It made us feel that our hard work was appreciated.”
Red hearts were passed out to the teachers as a way of thanking them for their hard work and dedication. When they received a heart, it put a big smile on their face. This is just one way the Outreach Department, which is a sub-department in the SABIS Student Life Organization®, gives back to its school community.
