Fire Brigade Visit
The local Fire Brigade came to school on May 28 to tell junior students about their job. The senior officer explained how to use an oxygen mask and why it was needed when fighting a fire. Afterwards the students moved outside to watch for the Fire Engine. It zoomed, siren sounding and lights flashing, along the road and the firemen scampered out and demonstrated their fire-fighting techniques. It was very exciting, and lots of fun!
